MADEWELL SUMMER SALE PICKS AND NEW ARRIVALS
I am back with another Madewell haul for summer! I feel like Madewell is KILLING it right now with their styles and colors, so I was so excited for the opportunity to style up some of their new arrivals! This haul features some adorable new tanks, cool girl pants, and some Madewell leather accessories (which y’all know I am crazy about). Alot of the pieces are on sale right now as well! Outfit 1

Kicking this haul off, I picked out this super unique space-aged square neck tank. There are so many different colors weaved throughout the tank, which makes it really easy to style up! I loved the look with the yellow wide leg pants. The tank also has a super unique design in the back with this open-back tie design. It isn’t a crazy opening in back, but enough to add some interest while still being polished. I thought the tank looked good with brown and black accessories, so I styled it up both ways so y’all could see! Also this tank is the perfect cropped fit - it hits right at the top of your high-waisted bottoms!

Outfit 2 features this adorable little oatmeal tank with a visual trick! It’s a corset/bustier style top, but is fully soft and knit. I’ve got it on here with my favorite sticky boobs and it is so comfy! The tank is stylish enough to be worn on it’s own, like in the first look with shorts. I also think it works well styled up with other pieces! I put it under my favorite cardigan from Madewell right now and I am so into it! I styled up both of these looks with some bags in brand new leather colors for this year! You guys know I love an all beige look :)

This next look is where the colors start showing up! These linen shorts in evening mauve are the most perfect shade of purple, I am obsessed!! They’re also so comfortable! They have simple little pleats in the front that makes them look super polished, while the back is loose and breezy. This look also features Madewell’s newest bag & shoes! The dark leather on the transport camera bag crochet edition really caught my eye, and when I saw they have a pair of sandals in the same leather color, I couldn’t resist! The back of these shorts have elastic, so I would recommend sizing down in them!

Outfit 4 features the petite harlow wide leg pants! They are made out of a linen blend material that is substantial and feels high quality. I really liked the look of them styled up with sneakers and a black bag, it felt very “cool girl” to me! They also go well with heels for a more polished look. NOTE: these pants can be worn lower on the hips or high waisted depending on which size you order. If you’re looking to wear them high waisted I recommend sizing down one, if not two, sizes! I’ve sized down one size and you can see they sit a little lower on my hips. The more relaxed, lower rise, fit definitely is a more “cool girl” style!

This next look features the most perfect green shorts (perfect is literally in the name). They are the perfect “army” green color and the perfect length! They fit incredibly around the wait (super high waisted) & the booty! I really like the stitching on the front, I think it does a good job of elongating the legs. Paired with both black and brown accessories, this is a versatile pair of shorts that’s ready for summer!

How dreamy is this green!!! I am obsessed with everything about this dress. The color is so good. The print is called “floating floral” and I think that is so accurate. I love how big the flowers are on the print, it’s just so good. This dress has a sheer layer and a lining in it, so there is a lot of good movement in the skirt! There is some elastic around the ribs in the front, but it’s not tight or constricting. I also love the white accessories with this dress, I feel like it makes the flowers pop! I will definitely being wearing this as a wedding guest dress this summer! This dress would also be so cute for a baby shower (which I will also be attending some this year yay!!)

The final look for this Madewell try on is this adorable dress in this stunning Pale Lichen color. I love the smocked top on this dress. Paired with the thin shoulder straps, I think this is a really polished look. I’ve got this on with sticky boobs, and there is more then enough support for me! I think this goes really nice with brown accessories, and these Nadia Platform Heels have been a go to for me lately. They’re also on sale right now!

Finding activewear that actually fits when you're petite is tricky, but luckily Lululemon seems to always have what I need! This haul has the perfect summer pieces for exercising or just running errands - petite approved (I’m 5’2). Plus this butter yellow color might be one of the best colors to wear in the summer!
