I spent $2,000 on Lululemon for Spring! What I'm keeping and what I'm returning | Honest Review
Since my pregnancy last year, I have been getting back into moving my body through pilates and running. As my sizing fluctuates, I’ve had to keep ordering new workout pieces to fit me. I always go back to Lululemon because of the wide range of styles, colors, & quality. I got some fun color ways this time like the Lululemon Scuba Mid-Rise Wide-Leg Pant in Goodnight Plum, and Lululemon Define Cropped Jacket in Solar Grey. In this blog post I share the best Lululemon pieces for petite or short sizing. I hope you guys can find some inspiration in this look book or discover your new favorite piece!

Outfit 1
Top: size 4 in Espresso, Pants: Size 4 in Sheer Oak
I wanted to find some athletic pants that weren’t leggings, and these Lululemon Adapted State High-Rise Jogger caught my eye! They are extremely light weight and high waisted, I love the zipper pocket and drawstring waist. It goes well with the Lululemon Swiftly Tech Cropped Short-Sleeve Shirt 2.0. This top is so breathable and perfect for working out. I love the short sleeve style for the spring and summer, and the cut is so flattering on. I picked up the Lululemon Slouchy Sling Bag 6L for some upcoming trips I’m going on, and I think this will be perfect. I like the size and functionality of the cross body bag and the pockets. For shoes I’m wearing the super cute Adidas Handball Spezial Earth Strata Gum Sneakers.

Top: Size XS in Bone, Pants: Size 4 in true Navy
Are you even surprised by outfit 2? Obviously had to grab another pair of the Lululemon Align High-Rise Mini-Flare Pant *Short. I love that they come in the shorter inseam now for shorter people like me (I’m 5’2). I have been drawn to navy lately, and I love it with this White Lululemon It's Rulu Cropped Half-Zip. It’s a buttery soft fabric, and the perfect base layer for skiing or under a jacket. Every Lululemon piece always looks so flattering on, and this top is no exception! With this fit, I’ve paired my favorite shoes for running or walking, the Hoka Women's Bondi 8.

Top: Lululemon Swiftly Tech Cropped Long-Sleeve Shirt 2.0, Shorts: Size 4 in Rainforest Green
I know it’s early, but I did pick up a boxer style short from Lululemon. The Lululemon Lightweight Super-High-Rise Training Short 4" in this dark green is so gorgeous. They are not lined, I wore a spandex underneath when running in them. They are super high waisted, they go up to my rib, and look great with a cropped shirt like the Lululemon Swiftly Tech Cropped Long-Sleeve Shirt 2.0. To finish off the look I have on my Lululemon Strongfeel Women's Training Shoe, and Aritzia Curator Bigger Bag.

Top: Size 4 in Goodnight Plum, Pants: XS in Goodnight Plum
I cannot get enough of this next look, this color is so stunning! The Lululemon Scuba Mid-Rise Wide-Leg Pant comes in a shorter inseam and is so soft. I also love that you can slip the draw string to be on the side for a more cleaner look. The ribbed texture on the Lululemon All It Takes Back-Twist Ribbed Long-Sleeve Shirt feels so nice on. The back has a twist detail which I think is so fun and unique for a traditional workout top. For a more causal wear, I paired it with the Lululemon Cityverse Sneaker.

Top: Size XS in bone, Bottoms: Size 4 in Goodnight Plum
I loved this deep wine color so much, I had to pick it up in the Lululemon Wunder Train High-Rise Tight with Pockets 25". I love the side pockets, and they are the perfect leggings for higher intensity workouts because they are more compressing. I picked up the Lululemon Wundermost Ultra-Soft Nulu Crewneck Long-Sleeve Shirt to try, and I have to be honest, I will be returning this. The fit did not work for me, the fabric has very little stretch, and it felt too compressing all over. I do like that the body part is double lined and not see through, but it just did not fit how I would have liked it to.

Top: Size 4 in Light Ivory, Pants: Size XS in Espresso
These tailored pants are so comfortable from Lululemon. The Lululemon Stretch Spacer High-Rise Pant comes in short and would look great with a long button up, or styled casually with the Lululemon Wunder Under SmoothCover Square-Neck T-Shirt. This top has a built in bra for smaller chested people like me. The neckline is so flattering and would look good with a pair of denim, or worn to pilates. I paired it with the Lululemon Leather Alternative Mini Bag 1.2L, and the Everlane The Court Sneaker.

Top: Size 4 in Light Ivory, Sweatshirt: Size small in Light Ivory, I sized up in this but it runs oversized - so will be exchanging for my true size XS, Pants: Size XS in Espresso
I wanted to try this new Lululemon BeCalm Scoop-Neck Pullover, and guys it is so soft. I know every fabric from Lululemon is so luxurious, but this pullover is so cozy. I did size up in it, thinking I wanted it oversized, but the fit already comes in oversized. I will be returning it and just getting my normal XS in it, stick with your normal size for this top. It looks so cute with the Lululemon Stretch Spacer High-Rise Pant, and Everlane The Court Sneaker. I also picked up this Lululemon Leather Alternative Mini Bag 1.2L to try. I can tell they are trying to be more fashion focused with this design, but it still feels very Lululemon in its utility. But for the price, I will be returning it because I already have a lot of bags like this that suit me better. I don’t know if I would recommend buying more of a fashionable bag from Lululemon, but if you wanted more of a mix between function and beautiful design this bag still could be for you.

Top: Size XS in Solar Grey, Jacket: Size 4 in Solar Grey, Pants: Size 4 in True Navy
I got my tried and true Lululemon Align High-Rise Pant With Pockets 25" in a new color, navy. They are so soft and stretchy, and stands the test of time. For my top, I wanted to try this fun stone grey color, and to match it with the Lululemon Define Cropped Jacket. I love the fit of the Lululemon Wundermost Ultra-Soft Nulu Crewneck Cropped T-Shirt, but it is a little too cropped for my personal preference. This jacket is such a staple piece for me, and I had to pick it up in another color! I love to run in it, and it is a great base layer for skiing and winter.

Finding activewear that actually fits when you're petite is tricky, but luckily Lululemon seems to always have what I need! This haul has the perfect summer pieces for exercising or just running errands - petite approved (I’m 5’2). Plus this butter yellow color might be one of the best colors to wear in the summer!
